EasyOps · Mobile Operations

Computer room
put in pocket

EasyOps is a mobile workbench prepared for network engineering, desktop operation and maintenance, weak current security and server maintenance personnel. After arriving at the computer room, store, or customer site, there is no need to switch between multiple apps, web pages, and memos. You can check knowledge, calculate parameters, run diagnostics, and connect to SSH even without a public network.

Capabilities

On-site high frequency capabilities, all in one App

organizes tools around the real operation and maintenance path of "judge first, then locate, and finally process" to reduce temporary searches, repeated inputs and back-and-forth switching.

offline knowledge base

saves commonly used configuration commands, wiring and protocol instructions, fault symptoms and troubleshooting steps in the device. Even if there is no network in the computer room, in an underground weak current room or in an isolated network, the processing basis can be quickly found.

Active network diagnosis

uses TCP Ping, port scanning, LAN Scan and HTTP detection to confirm whether the target is online, whether the service is open, and whether the link is reachable. All actions are explicitly initiated by the engineer.

÷

Engineering calculation tool

centrally completes subnet division, PoE power budget, fiber attenuation and monitoring storage estimation, turning error-prone mental calculations and temporary tables into reusable on-site calculations.

>_

SSH session management

uniformly saves server connection information, shortcut commands and session status. Get into operational context faster when you need to troubleshoot a Linux host, switch, or gateway.

Quick query

unifies DNS, Whois/RDAP, OUI and common network information queries, starting from IP, domain name or MAC address, and quickly completes the basic information required for fault diagnosis.

local priority

Collection, history and core tool data are saved locally by default and can continue to work when offline; operations involving scanning or remote connections will not be executed silently in the background.

Field Scenarios

From receiving work orders to on-site closed loop

EasyOps does not replace the professional network management platform, but supplements the most common and scattered operation links after engineers leave the computer.

Before arriving: Quick preparation

View history and favorites entries to confirm the target IP, port, device type and common commands. Keep the required troubleshooting data on the local machine in advance to reduce dependence on the on-site network.

Processing: Judgment while measuring

Start locating from the network status, connectivity and ports, and then combine the knowledge base and engineering calculations to narrow down the scope of the problem; if necessary, enter the device through SSH to complete the configuration or recovery operation.

Before leaving: leaving clues

retains key query, connection and tool usage records to facilitate review of this processing process, and also allows you to continue from the existing context when encountering a similar failure next time.

FAQ

FAQ

Does EasyOps support offline use?
supported. After the first initialization and preparation of required content, offline knowledge base, engineering calculations and most local tools can continue to be used in an environment without a public network; queries such as DNS and Whois that require access to public network services still depend on the current network.
Does the network scanning function have compliance risks?
Please only use it on your own or explicitly authorized networks. All scans and connections are actively triggered by users. The product is not designed for background silent scanning and should not be used to detect unauthorized targets.
What mobile platforms does EasyOps support?
currently focuses on supporting iOS 16+, Android 10+ and compatible HarmonyOS environments. There are differences in system permissions and network interfaces on different platforms. The specific available capabilities are subject to the corresponding test version description.
Will it replace existing monitoring or work ordering systems?
No. EasyOps is more like an on-site toolbox carried by engineers, focusing on query, calculation, diagnosis and remote operation; the existing monitoring, CMDB and work order systems are still responsible for continuous monitoring, asset management and process collaboration.
